• The Southern Highlands has around 60 wineries, but only 10 cellar doors are open to the public.

• Wineries can be 30 minutes or more apart by car – so visiting multiple venues in one day often requires planning (and a designated driver).

• There is currently no cellar door shuttle bus service in the region.

• The region is renowned for cool climate wines, especially Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Sparkling styles.

• Many of the wines you taste here are small-batch and hard to find outside the Highlands.

• Bowral is at the heart of the region – making it the perfect central spot for a wine tasting experience without the long drives.

• Dogs are welcome at The Mill, Bowral. We have water bowls and treats for your fur baby.

• Our private tastings bring the cellar door to you – perfect for Airbnbs, corporate groups, and special celebrations.
